Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking an experienced delivery driver to ensure the safe and timely distribution of beverages across the M25 region, with routes extending to Kent and Essex.

You will drive an 18-tonne rigid vehicle, support a driver's mate with unloading, and perform up to 16 drops per day across hotels, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Working Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Category C (Class 2) licence held with valid status.
• Driver CPC qualification valid for driving duties.
• Digital Tachograph card held and up to date.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Solid understanding of UK road networks and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver drinks to hotels, restaurants, pubs and clubs within the M25 and to Kent and Essex.
• Operate an 18 tonne rigid vehicle and participate in unloading with a driver’s mate.
• Perform up to 16 drops per day depending on route and workload.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery and maintain logs and compliance.

Job description

Pay Rate: £18.10 per hour

You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods locally Work will be driving the goods to customers. This will be multi drop deliveries.

• The job itself involves delivering drinks to hotels, restaurants, pubs and clubs within the M25, and out to Kent and Essex, using an 18 tonne rigid, anything up to 16 drops a day, but this varies, you will work in a crew with a drivers mate and be expected to play an active role in the unloading process.

• Monday to Friday 42.5 hours a week.

Requirements:

• Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
• 1 years minimum experience.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification
• Valid Digital Tachograph card
• Good understanding of UK road networks and driving regulation
