Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting for a professional Class 2 Driver to join a removals team in Cambridge. You will drive Class 2/LGV vehicles for local and national removals, assist with packing, loading, unloading and provide excellent customer service.

Permanent, full-time role with ongoing CPC training and bonuses. 40-45k salary with weekly/annual bonus opportunities, and a supportive team in a company with over 100 years of industry experience.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 2 Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and DQC card.
• Minimum 1 year’s Class 2/LGV driving experience.
• A clean driving licence with no more than 3 points.
• No unspent criminal convictions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• The physical ability to assist with removals, loading and unloading.
• Flexibility to work away from home when required.
• Removals experience is advantageous but not essential (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Driving Class 2/LGV vehicles for domestic and commercial removals.
• Working on local and national moves.
• Assisting with packing, loading and unloading.
• Export wrapping and protecting customers' belongings.
• Dismantling and reassembling furniture where required.
• Delivering and collecting customer goods safely.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Working on specialist and VIP removal projects.
• Ensuring customers' possessions are handled carefully and professionally.
• Working as part of a close-knit removals team.

The Role

As a Class 2 Driver, you will be an important part of the removals team, providing a professional and reliable service to customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Essential Requirements
