Job summary

Taylor Blackwood Associates in Burntwood is recruiting for a Class 2 Driver / Loader to join a busy recycling and waste management operation. The role offers a 4-day pattern, early starts, and ongoing work with potential for permanent opportunities.

You will drive a rear-steer Class 2 vehicle, collect waste and recycling across local areas, assist with loading, and work outdoors as part of a team to deliver a reliable service.

Hours: 37 Hours per Week | 4 Days Between Monday–Friday

Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers / Loaders on behalf of a well-established organisation in Burntwood.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Recycling & Waste Management operation, offering excellent rates of pay, a 4-day working week, and long-term opportunities.

The Role

As a Class 2 Driver / Loader, you will be responsible for supporting daily waste and recycling collections across local areas.

Duties include:

• Driving a rear-steer Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
• Carrying out waste and recycling collections across Lichfield and Tamworth
• Assisting with loading duties where required
• Completing routes safely and efficiently
• Manual handling and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Working closely with team members to deliver a reliable service
