Mango Solutions Limited is seeking a Class 2 Driver for our client in Castle Vale, Birmingham. Immediate start with two to three days of hands-on training with an experienced driver. You will learn pump-truck operation, handheld scanners, loading/unloading, yard procedures and H&S sign-off.

Salary is £14.84 per hour with weekly pay, guaranteed 46.25 hours, and overtime at £15.84 per hour. 28-day holiday, uniform after probation, pension, and weekend overtime subject to availability.

Qualifications

• HGV Licence holders with >2 years experience preferred.
• Experience with multidrop deliveries is advantageous.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners will be taught if needed.
• Ability to operate tail-lift equipment and palletised deliveries.

Responsabilités

• Carry out multidrop deliveries and pickups at customer sites.
• Support loading/unloading and yard procedures as required.

We are looking for a Class 2 Driver for our client based in Castle Vale, Birmingham.

Temp to Perm over 13 weeks

Class 2 Driver - immediate start. The first two or three days you will spend with one of our quality, experienced drivers for full on-the-job training, support loading/ unloading processes, the use of the pump-trucks and handheld scanners, yard procedures and H&S sign-off

£14.84 per hour, paid weekly (minimum of 46.25 paid hours guaranteed per week) and overtime paid after the weekly hours worked at £15.84 per hour.

Multidrop deliveries, over two trips and collections planned where required

Benefits as a Class 2 Driver:

46.25 hrs basic, including breaks, then overtime rate applies

As a Class 2 Driver, you will need:

Experience of using the handheld scanner (EDC); however, full training will be given

Experience in operating an Electric or Manual pump truck; however, full training will be given

Skilled at operating tail lifts; however, full training will be given

Well-versed in kerb-side deliveries to Customers

Experience of Multidrop palletised deliveries

Requirements:

Are over the Age of 23 (based on experience)

Have no more than 6 points

Have had an HGV Licence for more than 2 years

Flexibility to operational needs

Start times are either 06:30/07:00
