Job summary

Mainstay Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Class 2 driver for an ongoing, Monday-to-Friday role supporting a busy operation.

You will make 10–15 multi-drop deliveries around the Midlands to industrial estates and depots, with manual handling and a tail-lift pump truck. 2 years' Class 2 experience and a clean license (no more than 6 points) are required.

Starting times vary between 04:00 and 08:00 each day, providing consistent shifts and year-round work.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years' experience on a Class 2 vehicle.
• No more than 6 points on your license for minor offences.
• Physically fit for manual handling and able to use a tail lift pump truck.

Responsibilities

• Undertake 10–15 multi-drop deliveries around the Midlands to industrial estates and depots.
• Use a tail lift pump truck for loading/unloading.
• Assist with manual handling as required.
• Work Monday to Friday to support ongoing operations.

Job description

Mainstay are currently recruiting for an ongoing Class 2 driver to help support our clients busy operation. We are in search for an experienced driver based out of the Birmingham area.

You will be undertaking 10 to 15 multi drop deliveries around the Midlands to industrial estates and depots. There is manual handling involved so you must be physically fit and able to use a pump truck with tail lift.

This is an ongoing role meaning you will work through Mainstay Recruitment on a Monday to Friday basis. It's a great way to secure ongoing work all year round.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday starting between 04:00 and 08:00 each day

For this position, you must have at least 2 years' experience on a class 2. You must have no more than 6 points for minor offences.
