Job summary

GI Group are currently working on behalf of our prestigious client in Aston, who are a key player in the parcel distribution sector. We are currently looking for Class 2 drivers to join us for afternoon starts, offering long-term and consistent work 12 months per year.

Class 2 Driver duties will include: Conducting Vehicle checks, 3-4 drops and collections to Distribution Sites, Use of Pump Truck, Delivering safely to customers throughout the UK, Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments

Qualifications

• Must have a valid full UK Category C driving licence.
• New passes welcome.
• No more than 6 points on licence for insurance purposes.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic and resilient.

Responsibilities

Class 2 Driver wanted – New Passes Accepted!!!

GI Group are currently working on behalf of our prestigious client in Aston, who are a key player in the parcel distribution sector.We are currently looking for Class 2 drivers to join us for afternoon starts, offering long-term and consistent work 12 months per year.

Class 2 Driver Pay Rates:

• Days - £16.93ph (Advanced Holiday rate included)
• Twilight - £17.95 (Advance Holiday rate included)
• Nights - £18.96ph (Advanced Holiday rate included)

Class 2 Driver duties will include:

• Conducting Vehicle checks
• 3-4 drops and collections to Distribution Sites
• Use of Pump Truck
• Delivering safely to customers throughout the UK
• Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met

Class 2 Driver Shift Patterns:

• Flexible shifts available based on what days you are available.
• Monday-Friday available
• 4 on / 4 off available
• 14:00pm starts

Class 2 Driver requirements and skills:

• You MUST have a Valid Full UK Category C Driving Licence
• New passes welcome
• No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no BA/CD/CU/DR/DD/IN/TT offences please)
• Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, and resilient - are welcomed attributes in this role.
