Job summary

Holdsworth Foods, a leading UK foodservice distributor, is seeking a Class 2 Driver for Grimsby. The role requires delivering a wide range of products to customers, maintaining food hygiene standards, and representing the company on the road.

Expect a 5-day week (Tue–Sat) with early starts around 6am and a weekly bonus after training. Hourly rate is £15.27, with staff discounts, pension, and an employee assistance programme.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 2 licence.
• Ability to deliver to customers while maintaining high service standards.
• Willingness to work from Grimsby depot, Tuesday to Saturday, starting around 6am.

Responsibilities

• Carry out safety and maintenance checks, including temperature checks.
• Adhere to driver legislation and company policies.
• Deliver products according to the designated route.
• Pick orders on the invoice and from goods loaded on the lorry.
• Unload goods and place them as requested by customers.
