Job summary

Unity Personnel is seeking an experienced Class 2 Delivery Driver for a busy distribution operation in Brighouse. You will undertake multi‑drop deliveries across the designated area, delivering beer kegs, cases and other products, with a Driver Mate on larger runs.

The role requires a valid Category C (Class 2) licence, Driver CPC and a Digital Tachograph Card, plus previous multi‑drop logistics experience and strong customer service skills. Physically demanding with manual handling.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence for Category C (Class 2).
• Valid Driver CPC.

• Previous multi-drop delivery or logistics experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with manual handling.
• Reliable, professional and punctual.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Experience delivering drinks, kegs, FMCG or wholesale products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly.

• Load and unload goods including beer kegs and cases.
• Collect empty kegs, packaging and returnable items.
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain proof of delivery.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.

• Comply with drivers' hours, tachograph and health & safety regulations.

Duties

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly
• Completing multi-drop deliveries on scheduled routes
• Loading and unloading goods, including beer kegs and cases
• Collecting empty kegs, packaging and returnable items
• Completing delivery paperwork and obtaining proof of delivery
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery
• Complying with drivers' hours, tachograph and health & safety regulations

Ideal candidate

• Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous multi-drop delivery or logistics experience
