The Recipe

• Supported with a 6-week induction and in-house driver training
• Early start shifts around 3.30am, with afternoons free for personal time
• Autonomy in picking orders and loading your vehicle from delivery notes or electronic devices
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, defect reporting, and transport legislation is essential
• Routes are loaded into onboard computers for delivery
• Deliver to multiple customers daily, building strong relationships and providing quality service
• Work on a rotating 5-day schedule, including weekends, totaling approximately 43 hours per week

Additional Information

In Banbury, our purpose-built distribution centre is strategically located on the M40, supporting our growth. We deliver over 4 million items every four weeks, including bread stacks equivalent to hundreds of trailers.
