Are you a Class 2 Multi Drop Driver at the top of your game, looking for a role that puts you more in charge and allows you to provide excellent customer service?

The Recipe

• You will receive a 6-week induction and support from in-house driver training teams.
• You should be an early riser. Your shift will generally start around 3.30am (patterns may vary), giving you afternoons free.
• You will enjoy autonomy, using delivery notes or electronic devices to accurately pick and load bakery products.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and understanding of transport legislation (Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, Highway Code) are essential for safety and compliance.
• Your route will be loaded into your onboard computer, and you'll begin your deliveries.
• Delivering to multiple customers daily, you will provide quality service, build strong relationships, and handle difficult conversations professionally, acting as an ambassador for our brand and values.
• You will work a rotating 5-day pattern including weekends, totaling approximately 43 hours weekly, with some weeks potentially less, aiding work-life balance.

About Us

Our newly built distribution centre in Banbury, located at the M40 junction, spans 85,000 sq ft and is the largest purpose-built site for Warburtons, employing nearly 200 drivers and warehouse staff on various shifts.

We deliver over 4 million items every four weeks, including 85,000 stacks of bread, equivalent to hundreds of trailers, and we are expanding!
