Job summary

Lightyear Recruitment is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for multi-drop deliveries based in Swindon and surrounding areas. You will deliver to customers with professionalism, manage pickups, and maintain clear delivery documentation.

The role includes loading/unloading, daily vehicle checks, and ensuring deliveries meet safety and on-time requirements. Weekdays, day shifts, with ongoing work and potential permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 Licence required.
• CPC Qualification Card required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and road transport regulations.
• Previous multi-drop experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and reliability required.

£15.00 – £16.00 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday | Day Shifts

Lightyear Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join one of our clients based in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for consistent weekday work with no weekend commitments.

The Role:

• Multi-drop deliveries across Avonmouth and surrounding areas
• Loading and unloading vehicle when required
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Valid CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and road transport regulations
• Previous multi-drop experience preferred
• Positive attitude and excellent reliability
