F2 Recruitment Ltd advertises a Class 2 (Category C) HGV Driver role based in Trafford Park, Manchester. Typical start at 6:00am, Monday to Friday day shifts, handling palletised freight across the UK. Jobs include curtain‑sided trailers and occasional forklift loading.

Pay is £16.00 per hour with holiday pay accrued separately; weekly PAYE payments, no umbrella or LTD company payments. Suitable for drivers with CPC, tachograph and up to 6 points.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence required.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum of 6 minor penalty points (for insurance purposes).
• Previous curtain-side and pallet network experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Collection and delivery of palletised freight.
• Curtain‑sided vehicles handling.
• Pump truck and tail‑lift deliveries where required.
• Some deliveries and collections forklift loaded/unloaded.

Class 2 (Category C) HGV Driver – Days | Trafford Park

This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's longest-established freight and logistics providers, delivering freight and supply chain solutions across the UK and Europe. The business specialises in road freight, logistics, distribution and third‑party warehousing, offering a professional working environment with well‑planned routes and operations. Based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

The Role

Typical start time of 6:00am.

Monday to Friday day shifts.

• Collection and delivery of palletised freight.
• Curtain‑sided vehicles.
• Pump truck and tail‑lift deliveries where required.
• Some deliveries and collections will be forklift loaded/unloaded.
• Delivering to commercial customers, warehouses and distribution centres.
• Clean, modern vehicles.
• Opportunity for ongoing, regular work for reliable drivers.

Pay Rates

£16.00 per hour + Holiday Pay Accrued Separately.

Weekly PAYE pay.

No umbrella companies.

No LTD company payments.

Requirements

• Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
