Job summary

Contract Personnel Ltd are recruiting for a Class 2 Concrete Mixer Driver to join a local, family-run business in Norfolk with 25+ years of experience.

The successful candidate will have Cat C driving experience and hold a Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. Full training will be provided for mixer operation, with up to 5 deliveries per day to various sites and addresses.

Qualifications

• Cat C driving experience is essential; training provided for mixer operation.

Responsibilities

• Position the lorry accurately under the plant and load.
• Deliver ready-mixed concrete to building sites and domestic addresses in Norfolk.
• Possibly up to 5 deliveries per day during busy periods.

Job description

Contract Personnel are recruiting for aClass 2 Concrete Mixer Driverto join a local, family-run business that has been established in Norfolk for over 25 years and is a leader in its industry.

PreviousCat C driving experienceis essential, but a Cat C driver with no previous experience operating a mixer lorry will be considered, as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible forpostioning the lorry accurately under the plant ready to be loaded and delivering ready-mixed concreteto various building sites and domestic addresses throughout Norfolk. During busy periods, you could be expected to make up to 5 deliveries per day.

This is apermanent, full-time positionfollowing the successful completion of an initial 12-week Temp-to-Perm qualifying period.

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday
• Start time: 6:45am
• Full-time hours

You will require:

• A valid driving licence with Category C entitlement
• A valid Driver CPC qualification card
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• A good understanding of Road Traffic Laws
• A reliable and professional approach to work
