• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Building Control Surveyor Location: London Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office near Vauxhall Salary: Competitive and flexible depending on experience We are currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join a rapidly growing Registered Building Control Approver based in London. The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of Building Control projects across London, working closely with clients, designers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.

• Managing Building Control projects from initial application through to completion
• Undertaking site inspections across London
• Reviewing plans, drawings and technical information
• Providing advice on Building Regulations and compliance matters
• Liaising with architects, developers, contractors and other project stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
• Identifying potential compliance issues and providing practical technical guidance
• Supporting the wider team with the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service

All work is based within the M25, with inspections allocated geographically wherever possible to reduce unnecessary travel.
