Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a Class 2 ADR driver for a role in Fawley, Southampton. Earn £17.70 per hour with a guaranteed 42.5 hours weekly and overtime at £26.55. Night shifts include a £20 per shift bonus, plus yearly bonuses up to £1,000 every six months.

Flexible 4 on 2 off shifts starting between 3pm and 6pm, with on-site parking and training provided. The position welcomes new or inexperienced drivers with the relevant licences.

Qualifications

• Valid Cat C driving licence and CPC/Digi cards are required.
• ADR Class 2 licence in tanks; familiarity with tachographs and hours regulations.

Weekends paid at £26.55 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Night Bonus of £20 per shift

Yearly Bonuses: Earn up to £1000 every 6 months

Flexible Shifts: 4 on 2 off shift pattern starting between 3pm and 6pm

Requirements:

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, CPC card
• ADR licence in class 2 in tanks
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.
• Successful candidates require a DBS check.

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant truck / HGV licences are welcome to apply.
• The role is due to start in August and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependant).
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
