Job summary

Manpower UK Ltd in Newbury is seeking a Class 2 ADR driver. Earn £17.70 per hour with a guaranteed 42.5 hours per week and overtime rates. The role includes weekend overtime and a potential bonus scheme.

The position offers up to £1,000 every 6 months and starts in September, running through to around April 2027, weather permitting. On-site parking, PPE, and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with drivers’ hours legislation and tachographs.

Competitive Pay:

Earn £17.70 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £26.55 Weekends paid at £26.55 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Yearly Bonuses:

Earn up to £1000 every 6 months

Flexible Shifts:

several shift patterns available starting at around 6am. All weekend shifts paid at overtime

• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant truck / HGV licences are welcome to apply.
• The role is due to start in September and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependant).
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
