Job summary

Manpower in Southampton is seeking a Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver for night shifts at Fawley. The role offers £17.70 per hour with 42.5 hours guaranteed weekly, plus overtime at £26.55 and a night bonus of £20 per shift. There are up to £1000 every 6 months in bonuses and 28 days holiday.

Responsibilities include multi-drop tanker deliveries, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining safety standards in line with client requirements. Applications from new HGV drivers are welcome.

Qualifications

Competitive Pay: Earn £17.70 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £26.55

Weekends paid at £26.55 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Night Bonus of £20 per shift

Yearly Bonuses: Earn up to £1000 every 6 months

Flexible Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern starting at around 3pm

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant truck / HGV licences are welcome to apply.
• The role is due to start in September and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependant).
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
