Pertemps Sheffield is seeking a Class 2 ADR Driver for a full-time, temporary role based at Brinsworth depot. You will handle roughly 15-20 multi-drops daily, delivering gas cylinders to customers across the surrounding area, with weekly pay and a fully paid site induction.

Applicants must hold a valid ADR Class 2 licence, have at least 3 years HGV entitlement, and a clean license (no points exceeding 6, and no CU80, DD, IN10 or DR10 endorsements). Training provided and CPC modules supported.

About the role

Pertemps Sheffield seeks a Class 2 ADR Driver for a full-time, temporary placement in Whiston, paying £19.30 to £24.39 per hour with weekly pay and ongoing work. You will handle roughly 15 to 20 multi-drops daily, delivering gas cylinders to customers across the surrounding area. Strict adherence to client-directed Health & Safety protocols is essential, as is delivering excellent customer service. Candidates undergo a driving assessment and interview with the client; successful applicants receive a fully paid site induction and one-to-one training.

As the HGV Class 2 ADR Driver your duties will include:

• Multi dropping approximately 15-20 drops per day delivering gas cylinders to customers in around the area.
• Adhering to strict Health & Safety operations as directed by the client.
• Providing outstanding customer service.

This role suits an individual holding a valid ADR certificate, with prior multi-drop delivery experience and a strong safety record. An exciting opportunity for an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver to work for one of the most prestigious companies based in Brinsworth. The company offer continuous work-related training which in most cases count towards driver CPC modules. The company is the largest supplier of industrial gases and related equipment in the United Kingdom.

Job Details

• This is a temporary (ongoing) position on a full-time basis, including an occasional weekend rota as this is 7 day a week operation.
• While this position is mostly based out of their Brinsworth depot, there will also be a requirement to support at other sites to cover sickness and holidays. In these instances, overnight stays may be required, but hotel and travel expenses will be covered.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A valid ADR licence with classification 2 (in packages) is essential.
• Have held the HGV entitlement for a minimum of 3 years, for insurance purposes.
• Driving licence must not exceed 6 points or include CU80, DD, IN10 or DR10 endorsements, for insurance purposes.
