Job summary

Ideal Recruit Ltd in Manchester is seeking reliable HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for day-shift tramping roles with a well-established client base in the Manchester area. Immediate start and competitive pay offered.

Flatbed trailer experience is required, with focus on safe loading, securing cargo, and efficient route coverage. Applicants must hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence (C+E), CPC and Digital Tachograph cards, and have up to 6 points on their licence.

Qualifications

Licence: Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) held for a minimum of 1 year.
CPC and Digital Tachograph cards up-to-date.
Experience: Proven experience operating flatbed trailers.
Clean Record: Maximum of 6 points for minor endorsements.

Responsibilities

Day-shift tramping operations across key UK routes.
Operating HGV Class 1 vehicles with flatbed trailers.
Safe loading, securing, and transport of cargo.
