Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E), CPC and digital tachograph card required.
• Max 6 minor licence points and no serious convictions.
• Class 1 experience preferred and physical fitness required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport milk from farms to sites within the network, including loading and reloading.
• Complete driver and vehicle checks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Plan routes with regard to safety restrictions and road works.
• Be the professional face of the business when interacting with customers.

Job description

We are seeking Class 1 Tanker Drivers to join our Bellshill Depot (ML4 3NY) within the Mller Milk & Ingredients Distribution team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering flexibility, modern vehicles, and no overnight stays.

As an Inbound Tanker Driver, your primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently transport milk from farms to different sites within the network (including loading and reloading), ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with all safety and transportation regulation.

Pay & Benefits:

Class 1 Pay Rates Monday - Friday (AM) £17.30 Monday - Friday (PM) £19.77 Saturday (AM) £19.46 Saturday (PM) £21.92 Sunday (AM) £25.95 Sunday (PM) £28.42 Overtime £19.46

• 5 out of 7

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety, complete vehicle checks, plan routes, and maintain professionalism as the face of our business.
• Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly.
• Forward thinking, route checks for safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure your journey will be smooth and efficient.
• Highly professional in all situations as you are the interface between the business and our customer base.

Requirements:
