Gregory Distribution Ltd is seeking a Class 1 Night Trunk Driver to operate trunk runs from Heathfield to Birmingham and back, joining a supportive team with an emphasis on safety and on-time deliveries.

You must hold a UK Class 1 licence and DCPC, be a team player, and be prepared for daily vehicle checks and training. The role offers overtime and a competitive salary within a growing logistics business.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence.
• Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.

Responsibilities

• Trunking from Heathfield to Birmingham, reloads, and return to Heathfield.
• Provide cover for internal trunking operations when required.
• Load and unload the vehicle while ensuring loads are secure and compliant.
• Complete daily vehicle checks using a company mobile device.
• Work closely with network hubs to support efficient operations.
• Maintain regular communication with transport team to manage customer expectations.
• Attend scheduled training sessions for ongoing development and compliance.

The Role Includes

• Trunking from Heathfield to Birmingham, reloading, and returning to Heathfield.
