Job summary

The Best Connection, Redditch, is seeking experienced HGV Night Drivers to join our logistics team. The role involves night shifts starting at 6:00pm with a focus on safe, timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

You will represent a professional image while working across varied routes within the UK. Ideal candidates hold a Class 1 HGV/LGV licence with CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, 12 months’ driving experience, and strong knowledge of UK roads.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV/LGV licence (Class 1).
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• A minimum of 12 months of recent driving experience (preferred).
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK road network.

Responsibilities

• Carry out deliveries and collections in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
• Ensure all transport and delivery documentation is completed accurately.
• Comply with all company procedures and current UK driving regulations.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards clients and colleagues.
• Perform vehicle checks and report any defects in accordance with company policy

• Shift: Nights, 6:00pm start time
• Location: Redditch
• Pay Rate: £16.65 per hour
