Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a Class 1 Night Container Driver in Stanford-le-Hope. This position involves transporting containers between ports and distribution centers while maintaining a high standard of safety and punctuality. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Class 1 licence, at least 2 years of experience, and a commitment to compliance with driving regulations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Class 1 driving experience in the UK.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.

Responsibilities

• Transporting containers to and from designated locations.
• Operating vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Completing daily vehicle checks and maintenance as required.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and incidents.

Your Responsibilities

• Transporting containers to and from designated locations.
• Operating vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all legal and company regulations.
• Completing daily vehicle checks and maintenance as required.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and incidents.

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Class 1 driving experience in the UK.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (No IN, DR or DD offences).
• Must have previous experience with container transport.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
