Job summary

Driver Hire Crewe is recruiting an experienced Class 1 (C+E) long distance driver for a well-established haulage company based in Crewe. This is a permanent, full-time position with regular weekday work and excellent earning potential.

Role includes long distance deliveries across the UK, Monday to Friday work, and varied start times between 02:00am and 06:00am with a modern fleet and well-maintained vehicles. Permanent pay rate after 12 weeks is £18.26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive.

Responsibilities

• Long distance deliveries across the UK.
• Monday to Friday schedule with start times 02:00–06:00.
• Operate a modern, well-maintained fleet.

Driver Hire Crewe is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected haulage company based in Crewe for an experienced Class 1 (Category C+E) Long Distance Driver.

The Role

• Long distance deliveries across the UK

• Varied start times between 02:00am and 06:00am

Pay Rates

• £16.81 per hour (06:00 – 18:00)
• £17.93 per hour (18:00 – 06:00)

Permanent Pay Rate (After Successful Completion of 12 Weeks):

• £18.26 per hour
