Job summary

Eventor is seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV Tramper Driver to join our Appleton site in Warrington for permanent, full-time work. The role covers nationwide UK deliveries and tramping with modern equipment, offering a long-term career in transport and logistics.

There may be opportunities to support Formula 1 and international events logistics during peak seasons. You will be responsible for safe, efficient transport, smoking out defects during checks and delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• No more than 6 penalty points with no DD or DR convictions.
• Flexible approach to tramping and staying away from home.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Nationwide deliveries across the UK and general haulage.
• Tramping operations and trunking/distribution work.
• Customer deliveries and collections with care.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Adhere to Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Tachograph rules.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain safety standards.
