Job summary

Woodland Group is hiring Class 1 HGV Drivers in Earls Colne, Essex. The role offers Monday–Friday days with a weekly pay of £750 and overtime options. A £39,000 baseline salary plus allowances sits alongside a signing bonus and a range of incentives.

You will join a supportive team with full uniform, SNAP account, paid parking and access to driver CPC training. Applicants should hold a full HGV licence, multi‑drop experience, and valid CPC and tachograph cards.

Class 1 HGV Drivers

Pay: £750 per week

Woodland Logistics are hiring Class 1 HGV Drivers in Earls Colne, Essex.

Pay & Benefits

• £39,000 baseline salary
  • Basic salary: £36,400
  • Attendance allowance: £2,600
• £1,000 signing-on bonus — paid over 8 instalments following successful completion of 6 months' consecutive employment
• £500 referral fee
• Quarterly bonus: up to £575
• £750 per week
• Overtime available
• Nights out: £30 per night tax free
• After 50 hours: £18.66 per hour
• Saturday: £20.96 per hour
• Sunday & Bank Holiday: £27.98 per hour
• SNAP account + paid parking

The Successful Candidate Will Need

• To hold a full HGV Licence
• To have some multi-drop experience
• To hold a digital tacho driver smart card and a current, in-date CPC card
