Driver HIre in Perth, Scotland is seeking Class 1 HGV drivers for a temporary, ongoing trunking role from Perth to Penrith with a trailer swap. Roles include day and night shifts, Monday to Sunday availability, and a straightforward trunking route.

We offer PAYE rates with holiday pay and regular trunking work, with shifts covering both day and night hours to suit your availability. This position is ongoing and based on the Perth area.

Qualifications

• Holder of a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Experience driving Class 1 vehicles.
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts; Mon-Sun availability.

Responsibilities

• Trunking from the Perth area to Penrith.
• Carrying out a trailer swap at the designated location.
• Returning to the client's depot.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring loads are transported safely.
• Completing relevant paperwork and delivery documentation.
• Following all company and road safety procedures.
