Alliance Healthcare in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver for a full-time role. You will deliver essential healthcare products to customers across the region, perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure compliance with driving hours and tachograph regulations.

This permanent position offers a competitive salary plus night shift premium, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday shifts, and the support of a well-established transport team within a market-leading

Qualifications

• A valid LGV licence appropriate for the vehicle being driven.
• Previous multi-drop driving experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Knowledge of route planning and transport compliance.
• A professional and reliable approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customer sites
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
• Ensuring compliance with driving hours and tachograph regulations
• Collecting customer returns when required
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and security
• Accurately completing delivery documentation
• Building strong relationships with customers through outstanding service
• Following all health, safety and GDP requirements
