Job summary

ShiftHero is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 drivers for immediate starts in Wakefield. Roles include trunking, multi-drop deliveries, and nights out when required. Weekly PAYE pay with flexible shifts and ongoing temp-to-perm opportunities.

Benefits include 28 days holiday per year, pension scheme, and reliable weekly payments. PAYE payments are processed in-house and weekly on Fridays, with a focus on punctual pay and strong driver support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 2 (C) licence and CPC & Digital Tacho.
• Good understanding of drivers hours rules and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to undertake trunking and multi-drop deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Transport beds frames and mattresses to client sites.
• Perform loading/unloading and securing of cargo.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain delivery records.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing ShiftHero.
