Job summary

Culina is seeking professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the Chilled & Fresh team in Teynham, supporting nationwide deliveries to key retail customers. Permanent, full-time roles with various shift patterns and a focus on safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards.

You’ll join a supportive transport team, manage tachograph rules and on-site health and safety requirements, and benefit from benefits including a driver bonus scheme, healthcare, life assurance and

Qualifications

• Valid C+E Licence required.
• Current DCPC and Digital Tachograph cards required.
• Minimum 6 months’ HGV Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• No more than 6 points on licence; no DD or DR convictions.
• Knowledge of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive.

Responsibilities

• Carry out safe, professional deliveries to customer premises across the UK.
• Roles include Night Outs, Trunking, and local store deliveries.
• Complete nationwide deliveries of palletised goods to RDCs, Farms and Packhouses.
• Report delays or load discrepancies to Transport team at shift start.
• Complete all paperwork and ensure PODs are signed and returned.
