Job summary

Driver Hire Coventry & Tamworth is seeking a qualified Class 1 HGV Driver with ADR Tanks & Packages for a long-standing client. The role offers reliable Monday-to-Friday work with competitive pay and consistent routes across established locations.

Essential qualifications include a Class 1 licence, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph card, and ADR Tanks & Packages certification. You will ensure safety, accurate paperwork, and excellent customer service at every delivery point.

Qualifications

• Valid ADR Licence covering Tanks and Packages
• Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations

Responsibilities

• Monday to Friday, ongoing work
• Delivering hazardous goods safely and efficiently in line with ADR regulations
• Operating vehicles carrying both tank and packaged products where required
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Completing all relevant paperwork accurately
• Maintaining high standards of customer service at all delivery locations

Pay Rate

• £18.27 per hour
• £40,375 annual

Requirements

• Valid Category C+E (Class 1) driving licence
• Valid Driver CPC qualification
