Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Class 1 Driver to deliver fresh and frozen products to customers across Europe. You will work 24/7 either days or nights, ensuring delivery notes are signed and records kept in line with regulations.

You must hold a full HGV Class 1 licence with valid DIGI/CPC, 2+ years C+E experience, and strong English skills for excellent customer service. Join DFDS and be part of a diverse team, with benefits and development opportunities in a dynamic transport network.

About the role

You will be responsible for delivering fresh and frozenproducts to customers’ premises

• Working 4o4o days or 4o4o nights

• Ensure all delivery notes are signed upon delivery

• Adhere to road transport regulations.

• To accurately record all activities in line with legislation and company requirements

• To work within the remits of the European Drivers Hours regulations.

• To work within the remits of the Working Time Directive.

• Assisting with unloading

About you

You will need a full HGV Class 1 Licence, valid DIGI Card, valid CPC Card, experience with fridge work, good English verbal, written skills and excellent customer service skills. You must be over the age of 21 and have 2+ years experience driving C+E vehicles. Experience in fridge work is desirable but not essential.
