Job summary

Driver Hire Luton are seeking Class 1 HGV drivers for routes in Luton, Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard. The role includes store deliveries, general haulage and specialist pharmaceutical deliveries, with both day and night shifts available.

Applicants must hold a Cat C+E licence, CPC, and tachograph card, with a minimum of two years' experience for insurance purposes. A referral bonus and guaranteed hours are available to eligible drivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store deliveries, general haulage, and pharma deliveries depot to depot.
• Drive day or night shifts as required by workload.
• Adhere to all safety and road transport regulations

Driver Hire Luton are looking for Class 1 HGV/ Class 1/ HGV1 / Cat C+E drivers to work for our customers in Luton, Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard. The work can be variety such as store deliveries, general haulage and specialist pharmaceutical deliveries depot to depot. We are looking for day and night drivers.

Requirements:

• Valid UK Drivers Licence with Category C+E
• Valid CPC Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years experience for insurance purposes
• Reliable

The candidate can expect:

• Various shifts available Monday to Friday Days: £18.50 PAYE inclusive of your holiday pay
• Monday to Friday Nights: £19.50 PAYE inclusive of your holiday pay
• Saturday £19.50 PAYE inclusive of your holiday pay
• Sunday £21.00 PAYE inclusive of your holiday pay
• 8hr minimum guaranteed pay per day
