Job summary

HGV Drivers UK Ltd in the Midlands is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a major contract across several Midlands locations. Trunking work, trailer swaps and box trailers form the core duties. Average shifts are 8–10 hours with flexible days or nights and start times.

Weekly PAYE payments are offered and we will tailor shifts to your availability. Requirements: HGV Class 1 / C+E licence, Driver CPC, Tachograph Card, at least 1 year of Class 1 experience, and no more than 6 penalty points.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 / Category C+E Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• At least 1 year’s Class 1 experience essential.
• Days, nights and tramping shifts available.
• Chilled distribution work, operating box trailers for well-established clients.
• Monday to Friday days.
• 08.30 start.
• The role will involve a mix of collection and delivery work.

Responsibilities

• Trailer swap work and depot-to-depot trunking.
• Box trailers and chill distribution tasks as required.
• Complete driving assessment before starting.

THE WORK

• Average shift length 8-10 hours
• All drivers are required to successfully complete a driving assessment before starting

PEAK ATTENDANCE BONUS
