The Best Connection is recruiting a Class 1 Driver for immediate ongoing assignments in Bridgwater. You will manage scheduled collections and deliveries, ensuring timely, safe handling and professional service.

Two shift patterns are available; standard pay is £18.35 per hour with overtime at £27.53 per hour. Weekly pay, online payslips, and a supportive team environment are included.

Training and induction are provided, with 28 days of paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE staff.

Formación

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Digital tachograph card and CPC qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and safety mindset.

Responsabilidades

Job Advert: Class 1 Drivers - Immediate Starts - Ongoing!

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Position: Class 1 Driver (Collections & Deliveries, 5-10 drops/collections a day).

Shift Pattern: Two shift patterns available:

• Saturday to Wednesday ( 8:00 - 17:00 )
• Monday to Friday ( 10:00 - 19:00 )

About the Role

Our Bridgwater depot is looking for a reliable, motivated Class 1 Driver to join the team. You'll be responsible for carrying out scheduled collections and deliveries, ensuring parcels are handled safely, professionally, and on time. If you're a team player with a focus on excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay Rate

Standard: £18.35ph

Overtime: £27.53ph

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Digital tachograph card and CPC qualification
• Good communication skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to safety
• Experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential
