Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking Class 1 Drivers for ongoing Norwich-based work (NR6). Training on Wag & Drag vessels may be provided, with opportunities for permanent roles. Flexible start times and a temp-to-perm pathway are offered, across 7 days.

Rates include £17/hour standard, £20/hour 02:00–06:00, £25.50/hour overtime, and £34/hour Sundays, with nights out at £26.20 (optional). Weekly pay and continuous assignments are available.

Qualifications

• Wag & Drag experience is advantageous and training may be provided.
• Knowledge of driver hours and road transport regulations is expected.
• Class 1 Arctics or Wag & Drag vehicles with potential to upskill with full training.

Responsibilities

• Driving Class 1 vehicles.
• Delivering items (window frames).
• Complete vehicle checks and delivery paperwork.
• Nationwide deliveries and collections.
• Possibility of up to 2 nights out per week (optional).

The Best Connection are currently recruiting

Class 1 Drivers for our client based in

Norwich NR6. This is an excellent opportunity for Class 1 drivers with the potential to be trained on Wag and Drag - looking for

ongoing work with the potential of a permanent position.

Tell us what you can do - from 1 day a week to full time , or something in between -the client will work around you!

Pay Rates (PAYE)

£17 per hour - Standard Rate (up to 10 hours)

£20 per hour - Standard Rate for hours worked between 02:00 to 06:00

£25.50 per hour - Overtime (after 10 hours)

Sunday £34 per hour

MINIMUM 10 HOURS PAY

£26.20 tax free per night out (nights out are optional)
