QS Recruitment Ltd in the UK is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for an established transport operation, offering regular weekday shifts and weekends free. The role includes trunking between depots with forklift loading, and ~55 hours per week with 06:00–17:00 start times. PAYE drivers accrue up to 28 days’ annual leave pro rata.

Closing date is 17/11/2026. The ideal candidate holds a full UK licence with C+E, a valid Tachograph card and CPC, and has at least 12 months HGV Class 1

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C+E.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Driver CPC Card holder.
• Minimum 12 months HGV Class 1 experience.
• No more than six penalty points; no DR, DD, IN, CU or MS endorsements.

Responsabilités

• Transport goods between depots on regional and national routes using curtain-sided trailers.
• Forklift loading/unloading handled at depots; no manual handling required by driver.
• Carry out regular vehicle checks and drive safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with road transport legislation and working time regulations.
