Job summary

GXO Logistics in Sherburn in Elmet (Leeds) is seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers for the TJX contract. You will operate tractor units and 18T rigids, delivering to TJX stores with full training provided.

This is a full-time, permanent role, 48 hours per week, with shift options: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. The position includes a competitive hourly rate, 28 days' leave, a company pension, and access to GXO University for career development.

Qualifications

• Full EU driving licence with C+E entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC).
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• No disqualifying endorsements (DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99) in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to TJX stores using Iveco CNG tractor units and 44Ft trailers.
• Trailers preloaded by the warehouse; transport administrator assigns delivery details and keys.
• Carry out daily walk-around checks and report defects to the Transport team.
• Use data-driven routes to complete store deliveries and collect returns before returning to the depot.
