Job summary

Ideal Recruit Ltd is seeking Class 1 drivers for a reputable assignment in Coventry, located within reasonable travel distance. A rota of five days out of seven with at least 8 hours per day is expected, with hotel accommodation including breakfast and one meal per day provided for the contract duration.

Mileage between hotels is paid at 0.45 per mile within the UK. A weekly relocation bonus of £240 is paid for each full week of shifts, and the project runs 8–10 weeks.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence required.
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card up to date.
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only).

Responsibilities

• Rota based on 5 out of 7 days with minimum 8 hours a day.
• Hotel accommodation provided with breakfast and 1 meal per day.
• Travel mileage paid between hotels within the UK at 0.45 per mile.
• Weekly relocation payment of £240 per full week attended.
• Contract duration 8 to 10 weeks; Christmas Eve/Boxing Day/NYE/NYD work required.
