Job summary

Booker is recruiting for Class 1 drivers to join our Transport Team at our Booker Retail Partner site. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of stock to our independent retailers stores, with handball and manual handling required.

Roles involve 48 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern across two weeks, with start times between 07:00 and 11:00. Work includes outdoors in variable weather and early starts. Training and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Class 1 Licence Holder.
• Driver CPC Holder.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience of multi-drop; temperature controlled food deliveries preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stock to independent retailers across routes.
• Handball and manual handling required; physical work.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and vary shifts.
• Routes vary daily; flexible hours and early start times.
