Job summary

Booker is recruiting Class 2 drivers to join our Transport Team. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of stock to independent retailers’ stores, with handball and manual handling involved.

The role offers 48 hours per week on a rotating 0700–1100 shift window, with overtime opportunities and fully funded CPC training. Ideal candidates hold a Class 2 licence and Driver CPC, and have customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Class 2 Licence Holder.
• Driver CPC Holder.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience of multi-drop; temperature controlled food deliveries preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stock to Independent retailers' stores.
• Move cages and lift goods; manual handling as required.
• Work 48 hours per week with rotating shifts (0700–1100 start window).
• Maintain CPC training through provided training.
