Job summary

Total Recruitment Support is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for a client based in Stoke-on-Trent. A minimum of 12 months Class 1 driving experience is required, with no more than 6 points on the licence. You will operate in a full-time, temp-to-perm role with weekly pay and onsite parking.

Successful candidates will drive to deliver products, assist with loading/unloading, and use electronic POD systems with full training provided. Right To Work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK C+E licence with Driver CPC.
• 12 months Class 1 driving experience.
• Clean licence with max 6 points.
• No disqualifications (DD, TT, DR, CD, IN).
• Right To Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

HGV Class 1 Driver Duties:

General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice

Delivering product on behalf of our client and their customer

Use of electronic P.O.D and up to date technology (full training will be given to ensure best practice)

HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements:

A full UK C+E licence (essential)

Excellent driving skills
