Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Class 1 Driver for our client in Wakefield, United Kingdom. The role involves the safe delivery and collection of powered access machinery to customer sites, with full training provided.

Salary is £40,000 basic, Monday–Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm, with overtime paid at an enhanced rate; a permanent position with ongoing training and career progression opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Driver Digital Tachograph Card
• LGV Licence Category CE / Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 penalty points
• Up-to-date CPC qualification
• IPAF 3a & 3b certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job description

Position: Class 1 Driver

Salary: £40,000 basic

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm

Overtime paid at an enhanced rate.

We are seeking a Class 1 Driver to join our client’s dedicated Engineering team, supporting their commitment to delivering a consistently high standard of service. The role involves the safe delivery and collection of powered access machinery to and from customer sites. Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Class 1 Driver Qualifications:

• Driver Digital Tachograph Card


• LGV Licence Category CE / Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 penalty points


• Up-to-date CPC qualification


• IPAF 3a & 3b certification (or willingness to obtain)
