Job summary

Pertemps Royal Mail is seeking an HGV Class 1 Driver at Gatwick to move mail between depots and follow planned routes with minimal loading. You will perform safety checks and can pick from morning, evening and weekend shifts.

You will earn £22.41–£25.53 per hour with weekly PAYE, holiday pay and pension. On-site parking and canteen facilities are provided at most depots, with ongoing support from the Pertemps team.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence held for at least 12 months.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• At least 180 days of Class 1 driving experience within the last year.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• Able to pass DBS and vetting checks.
• Driving licence showing your current address.
