Job summary

Boughey Distribution in Warrington is seeking a Class 1 Driver for day shifts (5 on, 3 off). You will perform vehicle checks and deliver goods safely across Cheshire and nearby areas.

We offer weekly pay at £18.50 per hour, 29 days of annual leave, funded training, a company pension, and extra benefits. Applicants must hold a C&E license, CPC, tachograph card and have Class 1 experience.

Qualifications

• A valid Category C&E license is essential.
• Current CPC and tachograph card with a good understanding of driver hours regulations.
• Previous experience driving Class 1 vehicles is essential.
• Excellent communication skills to handle delivery queries and collaborate with the Boughey team on site.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle checks at the start and end of each shift.
• Ensure safe and prompt delivery of goods across Cheshire and surrounding areas.
• Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions and secure loads.
