Job summary

Gist Limited in Chesterfield is seeking professional Class 1 Drivers to support our busy M&S operation this summer and beyond. You will perform trunking, store deliveries, or shunting with planned routes and minimal disruption across a modern fleet.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 18 months Class 1 driving experience or 12 months with 100 shifts.
• Driver CPC qualification.
• Driving record meets safety and compliance standards.
• Professional and safety-focused approach.
• Reliable, team-focused attitude.
• Comfortable with manual handling when required.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned trunk routes between depots and distribution centres.
• Move stock safely and efficiently across the network.
• Support the wider transport operation.
• Ensure vehicle compliance and safety standards are maintained.
