Job summary

Gist Limited in Hemel Hempstead is seeking professional Class 1 Drivers to support a busy trunking operation this summer and beyond. You’ll join a fast‑paced logistics team with modern vehicles and long‑term opportunities, working a 40‑hour week on a 5 from 7 rota with afternoon start times between 15:00 and 18:00.

The role focuses on depot‑to‑depot trunking, moving stock safely across the network and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 18 months of Class 1 driving experience.
• Driver CPC qualification.
• Driving record must meet our internal safety and compliance standards.
• Professional and safety‑focused attitude.
• Reliable, team‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable with manual handling where required.

Whether you prefer trunking, store deliveries, tramping, or shunting, you’ll be joining a fast‑paced logistics operation with consistent work, modern vehicles, and a supportive transport team behind you with genuine long‑term opportunities.

Shift Information

• Rota: Any 5 from 7, six‑week rolling rota (including weekends)
• Start times: PM (Between 15:00 and 18:00)
