Berry Recruitment is seeking Class 1 drivers to work with our new clients in Banbury. As a driver for us, you will be employed on a PAYE basis. We do not hire LTD drivers. Benefits include 28 days holiday (pro-rata), vouchers, and other perks via our app. New drivers are welcome if they pass the assessment.

Location: Banbury

We are hiring HGV Class 1 drivers for a temp-to-perm contract after 12 weeks.

1. Overnight shifts may be required (preference given to drivers willing to work nights)
2. Onsite assessments are conducted
3. Drug and Alcohol testing is part of the assessment process
4. New drivers are welcome to apply
5. Successful new drivers may be offered ongoing work
6. No more than 6 penalty points on your license
7. No driving bans
8. Must have DCPC and TACHO cards

Pay Rates

• 4 on 4 off days: £15.26 (New Drivers)
• 4 on 4 off nights: £16.26 (New Drivers)
• Overtime after 48 hours at 1.5x rate
