Job summary

Rapier Employment is seeking Class 1 drivers to support a well-known client in Reading. Shifts run 24/7 with start times typically between 12:00 and 16:00. Weekend work is required, with additional weekday shifts available if weekend days are covered.

Responsibilities include trunking to distribution centres nationwide, ensuring a minimum of 8 hours per shift, and performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. CPC, Digi, and Cat C+E licences held for at least 6 months are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Licence (Cat C+E) required.
• CPC Card and Digi Card required.
• Licence held for 6 months (Cat C+E) required.

Responsibilities

• Trunking to a variety of distribution centres across the country.
• Guaranteed 8 hours per shift.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues.
