Job summary

Rapid Time Recruit Limited is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV drivers for store deliveries in Speke on an ongoing rota basis. This PAYE role pays hourly rates with holiday pay, and there is a paid induction and assessment before starting.

Starting times are early mornings and afternoons, with 3–5 drops and average 13-hour shifts. You must hold a UK HGV C+E licence, CPC card, a digital tachograph card, and have no more than six points. Weekly pay and leaves are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV C+E licence for 3 months or more.
• Minimum 1 month previous HGV driving experience.
• Digital tachograph card CPC card.
• Be professional and presentable at all times.
• Flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
• Must not hold more than 6 points on licence.
• No IN10, DR10, DG10, CD10 or TT99.

Responsibilities

• Store deliveries - Pump Truck.
• 3–5 drops per shift.
• Average 13-hour shifts.

• £19.95 Weekday (including holiday pay)
• £22.64 Weekends (including holiday pay)
• £17.80 Weekday (accruing holiday pot)
• £20.20 Weekend (accruing holiday pot)
• Overtime after 45hrs Weekday £24.94, weekend £28.30

Rapid Time Recruit Limited acting as an Employment Business is currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers on behalf of our client in Speke, this is on an ongoing rota basis and temp - perm.

Role of a Class 1 HGV Driver:

• Store Deliveries - Pump Truck
• Starting times - Early am 01:00 - 03:00
• Starting times - Early pm 13:00 - 15:00
• Ideally Wed - Sat (4 days)
• 3-5 drops
• Average 13-hour shifts

Class 1 HGV drivers will be required to complete a PAID induction and assessment prior to commencing work.

Class 1 driver will require:

• Valid UK HGV C+E licence for 3 months or more.
• Must have a minimum 1-month previous HGV driving experience.
• Digital tachograph card CPC card.
